Add it to Gmail

  1. Fill in your details, then click Copy signature.
  2. In Gmail, open Settings → General → Signature and paste.
  3. Set it as your default under Signature defaults, then Save Changes at the bottom.
  4. Using Outlook or Apple Mail instead? Click Copy HTML and paste into your signature editor's HTML view.
